Tony Haygarth played Vic Snow in WHERE THE HEART IS he was wonderful I loved this tv series as he was a friend to everyone and a kind caring ,an as we will miss you Tony but we will always remember you in WHERE THE HEART IS, Emmerdale and many other shows so REST IN PEACE TONY we all miss you
